Eirik Rorvig is the Producing Branch Manager for Nations Lending in Monona since December 2021. He has been in the mortgage business since 2013; working with UW Credit Union, CrossCountry Mortgage, and Guaranteed Rate before Nations Lending. Eirik was a Presidents Club recipient at Guaranteed Rate in 2021, which carried over to Nations Lending in 2022. Eirik attended University of Oslo and Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, graduating from Concordia College with a degree in International Business.
Eirik enjoys golfing, shooting Sporting Clays, spending time with his family, and being out on the boat. Eirik lives in Madison, WI with his wife and son.
Chris Rollins
Branch Operations Manager
Chris Rollins is the Branch Operations Manager for the Eirik Rorvig Team at Nations Lending, Monona. Chris has been in the finance industry for ten years and has been working with Eirik since November, 2020. Chris grew up in central Illinois and relocated to Madison in 2010. Chris completed his BA from Knox College and MS from Edgewood College. When he isn’t working on mortgages, he enjoys playing saxophone around Madison, reading, or cooking. His favorite activity is grilling out on the deck. Chris lives in Madison with his wife, son, and their huge grey cat, Aizu.

Dawn Kuhn has carved a remarkable path in the mortgage lending industry with over eight years of exceptional service at Nations Lending. Starting her journey as a Loan Processor in the Houston, Texas area in February 2016, Dawn demonstrated unparalleled expertise in handling FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans, coupled with her proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an impressive array of skills in multi-tasking, time management, communication, and financial analysis. Her dedication and skill not only earned her the trust of clients but also paved her way up the ranks, from Loan Processor to Processing Team Lead in July 2020, where she showcased her leadership and operational efficiency, enhancing team productivity and client satisfaction.
In September 2021, Dawn ascended to the role of Processing Manager, further solidifying her leadership within the industry. Her tenure in this position has been distinguished by her strategic approach to mortgage processing, customer service excellence, and team management. Simultaneously holding the role of Senior Processor since December 2022, Dawn operates remotely, continuing to leverage her deep knowledge of mortgage lending practices and her analytical, customer service, and financial analysis skills. Through her progressive career at Nations Lending, Dawn Kuhn has not only exemplified professional growth and leadership but also significantly contributed to the company’s success, underscoring her invaluable role in the financial services sector.
